Sydney punk band Low Life morph elements of death rock, post-punk and shoegaze into their own
sonic hybrid of Harbour City punk. Since 2010, they’ve tattooed themselves into the Australian
underground psyche, telling tall tales of the suburbs, the gutter and fables of working class heroism.
With a rich tapestry of influence such as; Christian Death, Poison Idea and the backing of LLFC
Ultras, they’ve produced an impressive discography of several EP’s, & the three full length LP’s;
the cult classic ‘Dogging’ LP, their award nominee sophomore album ‘Downer Edn’ LP & their latest
opus ‘From Squats to lots; The Agony & XTC Of Low Life’ - released on Alter (UK/EURO), Goner
Records (US) & LuLu’s (AUS)
Low Life have cemented their place as a band of influence, receiving nominations for the Australian
Music Prize, collaborating with internationally renowned brands Passport skateboards &
China Heights gallery; as well as becoming strange bedfellows with the Sydney Opera House.
Low life will be touring Europe & UK July 2022.
