The mystical day 60s rock met neopsychedelic rock mixing up to the point of losing consciousness of their own essence, that’s when Giöbia’s acid rock was born, in an overwhelming and incessant soundtrack with an unmistakable Italian taste. After their debut in 2009 with their first full-length ‘Hard Stories’, Giöbia firmly established themselves with ‘Introducing Night Sounds’, out in 2013 on Sulatron Records, which suddenly brought the quartet to the most important stages of Europe. In 2016 the milestone ‘The Magnifier’ assigned them a place among the most influential bands of the psychedelic rock scene - in a vortex that leaves no way out, their unique melodies take the listener into a world where the boundaries of reality are no longer defined and anything can ever happen. Giöbia went on astonishing their audience in 2020 by forging ‘Plasmatic Idol’, which reconfirmed them as the forefathers of a genre that fascinates and amazes anyone who dare to leave themselves behind without fear of never returning. In 2021 the band released the mind-blowing split album with The Cosmic Dead "The Intergalactic Connection – Exploring The Sideral Remote Hyperspace", a must-have for every space traveler. Unable to stop in front of any challenge, Giöbia’s latest album 'Acid Disorder' saw the light on April 28th 2023 on Heavy Psych Sounds. With eight effects-drenched tracks that easily engages even the most demanding listener, 'Acid Disorder' expertly refines the ensemble’s lysergic attitude alongside a wide spectrum of intriguing sounds and textures.

In the face of the inescapable compulsion to make either/or decisions, the Hamburg duo SILVERTONGUES counter with an ironic "neither/nor" on their debut EP. With their mix of catchy melodies, dystopian guitars, and a lived equality between female and male vocals, Rike Rakete and Manuel de Rien create their own identity between wave-like rock, sleazy pop, and psychedelic garage, wich elicits associations with Bands like QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, BLOOD RED SHOES or THE KILLS. The five songs on the „neither/nor“-EP reflect a sense of loneliness in crowds, the hypocritical expectations of others, and the all-too-human desire to push one’s own psychological and physical limits. The crisis persists, but it doesn't have to define you completely. In the sweetness of fear, the awareness of endless possibilities can no longer hide. And who said
you can't feel good in the process?
